Sessions/Regattas
For all rowers. Regardless of your experience, come build strength, skill, and fellowship with the women of Naiades. Together we will Row for Recovery.
Session 1
Dates: April 22nd –June 22nd - 8 week session
June 23rd-29th – BREAK WEEK
Learn to Row on the water – during break week
The tanks are located at:
2800 Clover Rd (rte 65), Pittsford NY, 14534
Go to: www.pittsfordindoorrowincenter.org for directions.
Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and start on the erg.
Bring water, you will need it and dress in layers.
